My canvas was a photo I had taken 2 years prior. The customer service I received in helping me get it made was great. They told me it was a little blurry but printing on canvas naturally softened the image. They sent me a proof before producing it. The trouble with this is being able to truly see the outcome looking at it on a laptop screen. After reviewing it the best that I could, I decided to take a chance and go with it. The canvas arrived about a week later. When I opened the box, I found the individual canvases loosely packed in a plastic bag. They had been sliding around in the bag throughout the shipment. There were a few slight scuffs. Nothing I couldn't live with, but for a print that cost a couple hundred dollars, I expected better protection. Here is where some disappointment set in. There was no paper pattern or hanging instructions included. I expected to receive a paper pattern to help hang the canvases. I reached back out to Wall Ready Canvas inquiring for further assistance, but 4 days later there has been no response. I spent 2+ hours figuring out the layout and it turned out fairly good. All in all, the print looks great on my wall. I would implore Wall Ready Canvas to improve on customer support.
